1.Where are you located?
I come to you where we can work on the problem in the comfort and privacy of your own home. This allows me to assess your home for safety concerns and work on the problems you are having in the same environment where you are having difficulty.
I also offer limited clinic hours at the Neuromuscular Pain Relief Center at 1200 E Woodhurst, D400 where I provide manual therapy to relieve pain.
2. Will my insurance cover your services?
I do not file insurance. At Bring it Home, I focus on prevention, fitness, health promotion and management of pain, disease and disability. I want to help you improve your health to avoid the pain and suffering caused by an injury or condition that could otherwise have been prevented and to successfully manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis and arthritis. Most insurance providers including Medicare do not cover the preventative services that I offer. By operating as a cash-based business I can charge less per visit and avoid the issue of non- coverage due to insurance requirements for eligibility.
3. How much does it cost?
Your first visit is always free. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your problems and your goals to determine if my services are a good fit for you.
I charge $90 for the initial session after the free consultation. This visit will include testing to determine your source of pain and current fitness level, set goals and initiate your individualized pain management and fitness plan.
Return visits -$75 per session if purchased individually.
10-session package – $650
Research has shown it takes 6-8 weeks to see evidence of the benefits physical activity provides. I want all my clients to succeed with their fitness goals and have developed different packages to bring down the overall cost. All packages consist of 10 sessions with me and cost $650 per package.

4. Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. Missouri is a direct-access state. This means that a physician order is not needed for a PT to provide educational resources, fitness training or consultative services. Your doctor, however, is an important member of your health care team. I will contact your doctor upon establishing your fitness plan so we can all work together to help you reach your fitness goals.
5. How long is each visit?
Visits usually last between 45-50 minutes both in the home and in the clinic.
6. I have chronic pain and I’m not able to exercise. How can you help me?
PT’s are movement experts who treat pain through movement rather than masking the sensation of pain. I will use manual therapy and movement to treat the source of your pain. Our joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves depend on our body’s movement to stay healthy. I will assess your movement patterns for compensations and teach you ways to move without pain.
7. Can I make changes at my age?
Absolutely! We are never too old to improve! A research study of 90 year-old men showed strength gains occurred in the group receiving strengthening exercises 3 days per week for 12 weeks. I am passionate about teaching people how to improve their health through physical activity and would love to help you work through the barriers to activity that you face. We can work together to find ways to incorporate activity throughout your daily routine so at the end of the day you can feel good about getting the recommend amount of activity for you.
8. What happens if I’m not physically active?
Physical Inactivity is a risk factor that contributes to the onset and progression of diseases and conditions in individuals of all ages, including diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, obesity, depression, stroke, certain cancers, certain musculoskeletal conditions and neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Don’t let this happen to you! A thorough assessment by a licensed physical therapist specializing in the anatomical and physiological changes that occur with aging can give you the information you need to pick the best activity for optimal results based on your specific deficits.
