I can work with you in your home or in the clinic using manual therapy techniques to correctly identify and treat the source of your pain. I will help you learn how muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns may be contributing to your pain and teach you ways to overcome your pain and keep the active lifestyle you enjoy!

Osteoporosis

If your bones are weakening from osteoporosis, one wrong movement can cause a painful break. We will assess your posture, flexibility, and strength to provide you with guidelines and movement patterns that allow you to keep doing your daily activities safely. We will also teach you how the foods and medications you take affect your conditions and give you specific activities to strengthen your hips and spinal muscles.

Heart Disease

Cardiovascular exercise is the key to dealing with heart disease. We’ll help you develop a fitness plan that considers your cardiovascular endurance and medication to determine the correct intensity and frequency of activity. When you assign one of our safe and frequent activity plans to your lifestyle, you will feel better and gain strength needed to overcome heart disease.

Arthritis
